Greater Love Has No One Than This (Korea/English)
Moved by an impulse to write, I simply recorded my thoughts as I meditated on the Bible, and when I had finished I found that by some coincidence I had filled 33 pages. It just happened that way, but I was grateful that it did.
It has brought to mind once more the time of the sufferings of our Lord. This is my third Christmas here (Anyang). I wrote this as a kind of Christmas card. Since this is better than any keepsake that some people like to store away, if you keep this safely at home, it may be used to bring about what the Lord desires for your children or other family members.
"As for Me," says the LORD, "This is My covenant with them: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants' descendants," says the LORD, "from this time and forevermore." (Isaiah 59:21)
I am sending this in the hope that it might provide the opportunity for all of us to review the words of the Bible that hold a record of the love we have received from the Lord. It is simply a brief account of the gospel that Jesus preached during the three years of His ministry in this world: His birth, His death and His resurrection. For now, I seem to have summed this up in the virgin birth, Jesus' death on the cross, and His physical resurrection.
