Love One Another

Love is the true characteristic of the Church. No matter how many people may meet together, if love is not put into practice among them, their gathering may not be referred to as the church. God gave the old commandment to the Israelites and the new commandment to the newly created Church. It was because the old commandment was fulfilled through the body of the Lord that the new commandment could be received. The new commandment is the commandment of love; that is to say, the love of God revealed through the Lord Jesus.
